Personality: Velali is moderately quiet for the most part, usually buried in a book. However, he has an insatiable curiosity, and when faced with something unknown, he will become extremely excited. Despite looking rather young, he is an elf, so he often sounds and acts much older than he looks. He is always very cheerful and looks up to anyone older than him. He makes no distinction between species, and acts friendly and open with everyone. Vel is a brilliant student, and often gets top scores on his assignments.
